Perfection Takes Time

I have been receiving reports from within the company about a likely removal of me from the CEO position and possibly as President due to my performance and lack of a business plan.

Of course, I do not expect everyone to understand a desire for perfection in the results of anything this company does. I do not expect you to understand or care how much effort I and my staff have put into create not only a fluid business plan, but also maintaining corporate relations with our business partners and our present and future clients. I do not expect anything from this board for I know like we know that most on the board are here due to relation and not because of work.

That written, I do not expect anyone to understand, but I do expect some respect for the effort and thought I have given this company with the hope of seeing it succeed beyond Tray Wrek and ourselves.

I have heard many rumors during the past Tropos, and I do not respect rumors spread to get my attention rather than people with integrity who are willing to take issue with the person rather than spread rumors.

In closing, I hope in the future, you will bring any and all concerns about my performance or current focus to me and not to everyone else.

The Mantra

Wasting. Money. Time.

The New Mantra

Business. Process. Profit.

A Mantra

Let me begin by seeing my absence has been needed to allow for the time to begin to create the business plan.

The business plan is near completion. However, it is not complete.

Complications have come to fruition. The complications have grown from some of the board of directors not having enough will and focus to complete the required process for us and Trey Wrek to define a business. Now we must pick the bad fruit and toss it aside.

I have therefore began to create a standard mantra to focus the processing mind of this board of directors and the employees of Tray Wrek. I have come to the conclusion that slogans and icons and even a strict business model will not create enough of a focus for our collective process to succeed into the business market.

The mantra will be short and concise. It will be textual, so it may define all the senses and become a collective focus to allow me the collective direction for the business to have a model.
